Wheelchairs don't work for those with an actual injury. Its obvious they took some severe budget cuts to fund some rich guys 5th property. Would not trust this place with my life.

Traveling from Calgary, I had an absolutely amazing experience here. The staff were all so kind and attentive and the hospital was very clean and calm. It was very worth the drive!

I want to thank Kim in Nuclear Medicine (Renal Scan) for doing a great job taking care of me yesterday. Her attention to detail, my well being was outstanding. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you again, Kim.

worst service ever. everyone is miserable, no one takes you seriously if you’re a young adult. long wait times for the ER. go anywhere else like raymond or taber, it’s worth not waiting 8+ hours. only positive is it’s clean.

Top notch service given each time. Full attention given without any rush. Wait time is a necessity but in the end care is always rendered

We just had a baby there amongst 4 others already throughout the years and were fairly pleased with everyone. Great job everyone! Keep up the good work. Only thing we were not happy with was when we told nurses over and over that mom had a hernia on belly button they ignored it and couple nurses were way too rough with the tummy squeeze.

This review was not a 5 which is rare for me. But some things need to be said. One, I could see, after being there almost a week, what a tremendous strain you were all under. I just wanted to say, some of you are rising above but others are losing the battle. I don't know 🤷‍♀️ if you know, but one kind word or gentle kindness, especially to someone who has no family around, can make all the difference. Please don't forget what brought you to that career. Don't lose your good heart or become bitter. Your patients didn't cause the underlying problems that you struggle with. So for the staff, a four. Two, the red vests? Definitely a five or even a six. Thank you for volunteering. I myself am a volunteer so usually see things from your side. Change nothing. Three , the food was the worst I have ever seen at a hospital. Much of it was completely inedible. The hospital in general, very dirty. And seeing people "checking out" and into the parking lot with no support in all that wind. So sad to see. 💔 I hope that our government finds a way to turn this around. The system isn't just broken, it's toxic. Despite there was a lot of very kind people... I wouldn't send an enemy to this hospital unless it was short term and necessary to save a life.
